Doctor's Gaping Orders

Rose shows up for another appointment with Dr. Mesher. The two women already know what happens when the door closes, but today the doctor has company. Nurse Karyn stands by the exam table, eyes bright with anticipation. Clothes come off in a hurry. Dr. Mesher guides Rose onto her stomach, spreads her cheeks, and works the cold metal speculum inside. Rose’s heavy breasts press against the paper sheet while the nurse leans in to watch the slow stretch. Piercings glint under the lights as the doctor turns the dial wider, leaving Rose open and glistening. Karyn slips her fingers in beside the metal, testing the give. They take turns teasing the exposed rim until Rose is rocking back for more. Both women work together, tongues, fingers, and the speculum keeping Rose spread and dripping until she comes hard against the table.
