Lily LaBeau held the phone to her ear while her friend laughed on the other end. Katrina Colt, the travel reporter, was due any minute. Word around the spa was that Katrina had written glowing pieces about the Four Seasons in Kyoto and the Mandarin in Paris, but if something disappointed her she let her readers know. Lily didn't want the hotel's five-star rating riding on whether her hands stayed perfectly professional. She had an idea though. Something new.
