Enough Is Enough!

Haley Reed lay sprawled on her bed, fingers working between her spread thighs, breath quickening with each pass. Without warning, Cherie DeVille pushed open the door. They both froze, then screamed in unison. Cherie recoiled. "I'm sorry—I didn't knock. I've only been here a few weeks. I keep forgetting." Haley yanked a sheet over her hips. "I'm not mad. Just mortified." Cherie pressed a hand to her chest, cheeks flushed. "You shouldn't feel that way. It's your house too. Everyone does it. You're eighteen, so... you do what you have to do. I won't scold." She turned away fast, the door clicking shut. Haley stared after her, then grinned. Days later, Cherie found her again in the kitchen, tank top hiked, knees parted on a wooden chair. Then the hallway carpet. The bathroom. Each time, Cherie backed off, heat in her face. Finally she stormed into Haley's room and found her once more, naked, wrists flexing between bent legs. "Enough. There are boundaries." Haley met her eyes and didn't stop. "I'll quit if you join." "I'm your mother." "Step," Haley corrected, hips rising. "We share the house. You can share the need, too." Cherie's breath hitched. She wanted to refuse, but her gaze already lingered on the curve of her daughter's breast. "Promise me you'll stop everywhere else."
