The Incompetent Assistant

Kendra James had given up on patience. Mackenzie Moss stood in front of the desk with her blouse buttoned wrong, the coffee order wrong, and her résumé suggestions late again. Every excuse Mackenzie offered dripped with the same airy vagueness; nothing stayed in her head for longer than ten seconds. Kendra snapped her fingers and the girl fell silent, eyes wide. Fine. If she couldn’t keep her thoughts on task, she’d put her mouth to work another way.
“Clothes off,” Kendra said, cutting straight through any protest. Mackenzie blinked, lips parted, but didn’t move until Kendra reminded her exactly how close she was to the unemployment line. Then her hands went to work. Buttons slid, zippers whispered, and the crumpled skirt and lace lingerie slipped to the carpet. When Mackenzie sat back on the edge of the desk, knees opening, Kendra was already up and circling.
She dropped into the chair and dragged Mackenzie closer by the hips. Mackenzie’s surprised gasp melted fast once Kendra’s tongue met the slick, eager heat between her legs. Her fingers found Mackenzie’s thighs and anchored there while her mouth took what her words had failed to command. The girl’s moans rose, lilting and breathy, until Kendra flicked her tongue harder over her swollen clit. Mackenzie gripped the desk, arched, tried to push forward. Kendra held her in place.
The girl tasted clean and urgent, her body surrendering quicker than any spreadsheet she’d ever botched. When Kendra lifted her gaze, she caught Mackenzie biting her lower lip like someone starved for instruction. The insecurity from the day before was gone, replaced by eager obedience.
Kendra stayed seated. Mackenzie slid down willingly, sliding hands along Kendra’s stockinged calves. When the CEO spread for her, Mackenzie leaned in with real focus for the first time that month. Her tongue met wet folds without hesitation, flicking, circling, pressing. Kendra breathed deeper, sharp relief spreading through her chest and down her belly, tension leaving through every exhale. She adjusted her grip on Mackenzie’s ponytail, using it to set the rhythm.
Back arched, breath stuttering, she felt the once-flighty assistant strike every perfect stroke she’d wanted from her all week. Mackenzie sucked and licked like she’d finally been given the right list of priorities, and for the moment, Kendra didn’t argue with the results.
The boss sighed—low, involuntary, satisfied—and let her head tip back. The company’s liability had just become the most useful mouth in the room.
