Dominated Foreigner

Dr. Nikky Thorne has a patient from abroad. The woman doesn't know the clinic's rules. She barely speaks English, so the words slide right past her until Dr. Thorne straps her into the chair. The instant the leather cuffs close around her wrists, she understands what is coming next. Nikky works slowly. Every strap, every buckle is deliberate. She adjusts the seat until the foreign woman's thighs are spread wide, exposing her completely. When the doctor's fingers first touch bare skin, the patient's breath stops. Nikky keeps her gloves on. She wants the patient to feel the smooth latex and the hard pressure beneath it. Two fingers slide inside without warning. The patient's hips jerk. Nikky curls her fingers once, twice, finding the spot that makes the stranger cry out. The sounds bounce around the small room. There is no translator, only the wet slap of Nikky's hand and the strained creak of the chair. She does not stop until the patient's legs shake and her eyes roll back. Then she adds another finger. By the time she is done, the foreign woman knows exactly where she is and what she came here for.
