New town, new school, same old ladder. Ariana Marie had climbed her share of bitches back home, so she knew the scent. Jenna Ross stood at the top of this particular pile, and she liked to keep the view clear of anyone prettier. Every practice turned into a test, and Ariana kept showing up late just to watch Jenna's jaw twitch. After the last pyramid, Kota and Alina drifted to the car with Ariana while Jenna fumed inside. Alina lit a cigarette and outlined the plan. "Kota’s having a little get-together. You’re filming it from the hedges. Let the green monster do the heavy lifting." They arrived after dark. Curtains open, lights low. Ariana’s tongue was already in Kota’s mouth when the lens clicked outside. Hands slid under shirts, thumbs circling hard nipples, skin warm and damp. The kiss deepened, wet and slow, just enough to look staged if you knew where to look. Outside, Jenna’s breath fogged the camera lens. Door kicked, porch light snapped on. Jenna stood there, eyes wild, phone raised like a weapon. Alina stepped from the hallway with folded arms. "Show’s over. We wanted you to see this. We wanted you to feel it." Jenna faltered. The color left her face. Kota pulled her tank back into place, voice calm. "You push people down so you can stay high. We’re done with that." Ariana crossed the room, barefoot, hips easy. " truce means you stop being a cunt. We still cheer together, but nobody loses a scholarship because you like feeling big. Your move." Jenna’s shoulders dropped. The admission tasted sour, but it slipped out. "Okay." Four bodies still humming, the tension swapped places. Shirts found the floor again, this time with less acting. Fingers traced the same flushed skin they’d already teased. Jenna knelt between them, mouth open, learning the taste of apology.
