Tanya met the client in the foyer, clipboard still tucked under one arm. She’d shown Ariella three houses already, but the fourth felt different—quieter, almost expectant. Over coffee the talk drifted from square footage to last year’s divorces, then to the raw fact that both women were sleeping alone again. Ariella’s laugh cracked something open. When they reached the master bedroom she set her glass on the windowsill, walked straight to Tanya, and kissed her like she’d been holding that hunger for months. Tanya dropped the clipboard. Buttons slipped free, fabric whispered down arms. Ariella tasted expensive lipstick and morning espresso. They backed onto the king bed still half-made by the stagers. Hands slid under lace; knees parted silk. Tanya slid two fingers inside Ariella and curled them until the woman’s breath broke against her neck. Ariella rolled, pinned Tanya’s wrists, licked a slow stripe up the inside of her thigh, then took her with her mouth until Tanya’s back arched clear off the mattress. Later they fucked standing in the shower, the rainfall head hissing, Ariella’s hand braced on glass while Tanya ground against her from behind. In the kitchen Ariella bent over the granite island, the contract pages underneath her, and begged Tanya to finish what they’d started. Tanya drove the strap-on home in one smooth thrust and rode the woman until her moans echoed off the empty walls. When they finally signed, both signatures came out shaky.
