Their Burning Desire

A blackout strips their house of light. Casey and Sophia light every candle they can find, but the glow soon turns boring. Casey remembers the wax play she used to do with exes, casting a side glance at the nearest flame. She tests the idea with Sophia, and the spark lands—Sophia wants to try. They begin slow. Heat gathers on Sophia’s inner thigh. The first drop settles, hot enough to pull a gasp, then another follows across Casey’s breast. Each wet pearl stays a moment before it cools to a hard white kiss on flushed skin. They trade control back and forth, lowering the tips lower each time, spreading wax over bellies and lips and the soft curves where thighs meet. Shadows shift. Bodies shine. When the last candle gutters, the room smells of burnt wick and wet heat, and the only sound is skin sliding against silk sheets.
