Cleaner Catches A Glimpse

Olivia Madison stands outside the bedroom, laundry bag in hand. Inside, Jayden Cole and Kenna James are still asleep, the early light catching on their bare shoulders. She steps in, moving quietly, gathering what she needs. One small tug and the sheet slips. Two bodies meet her eyes—Jayden’s curves, full and fair, Kenna’s skin darker against the white linen. Olivia watches. She tells herself to move, but her feet stay planted. The basket slips from her fingers and hits the floor with a dull thud. Jayden lifts her head. Kenna follows. Olivia starts to apologize, words tumbling out, but the wives trade a look, then smile. Jayden pushes the sheet lower. Kenna’s fingers curl in invitation. The apology dies on Olivia’s tongue as the two women shift, making room. She steps forward, heart pounding, already unbuttoning her blouse.
