No Such Thing As Too Much

Bella Rolland tapped at her keyboard while Lauren Phillips leaned against the desk they shared. Lauren closed her laptop first. “Tell me about the date,” she said. Bella sighed. “It was terrible. He said I use too much tongue when I kiss.” Lauren’s brows lifted. “There’s no such thing.” Bella rolled her eyes. “He made it sound like a crime.” Lauren moved behind her chair and spun it around. “Prove it,” she said, and bent to kiss her. Their mouths met open and hungry. Lauren’s tongue slid past Bella’s lips, wet and insistent, tasting every corner without rush or apology. Bella answered without thinking, pressing back, their tongues gliding over each other in slick, slow passes. Saliva warmed the corners of their mouths. Lauren pulled her lower lip between her teeth, then dove in again, deeper, chasing the next breath like she meant to drown in it. When they finally broke apart, a thin strand stretched between them until Lauren licked it away. “See?” Lauren whispered, already leaning in once more. “Sloppy is the point.”
