Leah Lee and Emily Willis spent the evening at Leah's house stuffing swimsuits and sun dresses into suitcases, buzzing with the kind of restless energy that always kicks in the night before a road trip. Leah, rushing, realized she'd never bought a suit of her own. Emily only lifted an eyebrow; she knew. They ran to Leah's sibling's room anyway, rifled through hangers, and came back with a sliver of fabric the sibling probably wore once and regretted.
The bikini was barely three triangles held together by string. Emily held it up, smiling slow and wicked. 'Try it on,' she said.
Leah blushed but took it anyway. The bottoms slid up her hips; the top barely cupped her breasts. When she stepped out, Emily’s look changed—hungry, amused, settled. She reached out, thumbs tracing the straps, testing how little pressure it took to slide them. Leah shivered, felt heat pool between her legs, caught Emily’s wrist, but didn’t pull away.
The strings gave quick. Top and bottom fell to the floor. Emily’s mouth followed them down, warm over collarbone, the soft swell of breast, the faint line of tan skin the sun hadn’t touched yet. Leah leaned back, spine meeting wall, legs parting under the weight of Emily’s palm sliding lower. Breath gone, suit forgotten, they dropped onto the bed already half-undressed and half-mindful of the clock.
One bikini, one night, nothing left unpacked.
