Aiden watched the last buyer leave, shoulders slumped, another rejection in the air. Footsteps at the door. Jessica Ryan stepped inside, sharp stare cutting across the empty rooms. "No bite today either?" Jessica folded her arms. "That’s the third flop in a row." Aiden tried the usual excuses. Traffic, staging, light. Jessica wasn’t buying any of it. She measured the agent with a slow, hungry look and caught her bottom lip between her teeth. "I know one foolproof fix," she said, voice low. "We fuck." Aiden blinked. "What?" "Motivation, pure and simple," Jessica went on. "Nothing works better than having a woman moan in your ear and tell you she’ll come all over your cock when the deal closes." Aiden flushed, then smiled, tongue sliding across her bottom lip. "And you’re willing to invest that hard?" Jessica closed the distance until Aiden felt her breath. "I’ll do whatever it takes.
