Aidra is on edge waiting for Dee. Her boss carries a certain weight around here—an older woman who commands attention the second she walks into a room. If the call to her office ends badly, Aidra knows her runway narrows fast.
When they meet, Dee offers her the news straight. Numbers look good, the new space is almost ready, and she’s been thinking of letting Aidra run the place. Almost. One problem remains: her clothes. Today’s tight jeans and cropped jacket might turn heads on the street, but the clients who’ll walk through those doors expect something sharper. Something controlled.
Aidra’s stomach drops. The outfit on her body is the only version of herself she knows. She admits she has no idea how to change it without losing herself.
Dee has already solved that. From a sleek overnight bag she pulls out a charcoal suit and ivory blouse, still crisp from the dry cleaner. She leaves the changing room, waits a beat, then raps softly. When Aidra steps out she feels taller. Her shoulders sit straighter inside the structured jacket; the tucked blouse clings just enough to remind her that this look is still hers.
Dee circles her once, fingers flicking at a loose thread only she can see. The air tightens. Eyes meet, and then they’re kissing—soft at first, then urgent. Dee tastes expensive lipstick. Aidra tastes the morning coffee on Dee’s breath. Buttons surrender one by one; the jacket slides off Aidra’s arms and pools on the carpet like spent armor.
They sink to the couch. Dee’s mouth maps a slow path down Aidra’s stomach, lips warm, breath quick. She spreads the younger woman’s thighs and licks once—slow and deliberate—watching her hips lift off the cushion. Aidra returns the favor, easing Dee’s blouse open, tracing the lace beneath with her teeth before pulling it aside to close her mouth around a firm nipple. Silk slacks whisper down to ankles; expensive heels drop with soft thuds. Fingers slide where tongues have been, slick and steady, each of them driving the other closer to the edge.
They trade the lead the same way they trade clothing—silently, confidently, both determined to finish what they started. When Dee finally comes, her voice cracks around Aidra’s name. Later, as the room cools, Dee lies back, chest rising and falling. She looks up at the younger woman and decides the suit was only the beginning. If Aidra can handle her like this, she can handle anything—and she intends to give her the corner office to prove it.
