Playing Doctor

Savannah Sixx and Vanessa Sky sit in the waiting room, fingers laced, knees touching. Savannah can't stop shifting in her seat. The physical is only minutes away and every fear she has about making the team is churning in her stomach. Vanessa came for support, but the sight of her best friend naked on an exam table is already making her pulse quicken. When Dr. Mercer calls them in, Savannah blurts out the question: "Can Vanessa stay?" The doctor smiles and leads them both down the hallway. Inside the room Savannah strips quickly, gooseflesh rising on her skin the second the cool air hits her. Vanessa perches on the plastic chair by the sink, trying not to stare too openly. Dr. Mercer starts with her usual checklist—height, weight, posture checks—and then she cups Savannah's breasts, kneading each one with firm, clinical attention. Savannah's nipples stiffen under the touch. Vanessa feels a rush of wetness between her thighs. The doctor moves the stethoscope over Savannah's chest. Her brows lift. "You have a mild heart murmur," she says calmly. "Common in young athletes. Nothing dangerous." Savannah's eyes go wide anyway. Dr. Mercer leaves the room to grab more paperwork, the stethoscope swinging from her neck when she returns and finds the girls already entangled. Vanessa is bent over the exam table, completely naked, face buried between Savannah's spread thighs. The slow, wet sounds of her tongue fill the room. Savannah's fingers clutch the paper sheet beneath her. The door clicks shut behind the doctor, yet neither girl stops. Dr. Mercer watches for a moment, then clears her throat. "Girls." They freeze, flushed and dripping. Savannah stammers an apology; Vanessa looks mortified. The doctor simply smiles. "I tell people hard truths all day. Watching something sweet for once is... pleasant." She steps closer, fingertips brushing Vanessa's bare shoulder. "May I join you?" Before Savannah can answer, Vanessa reaches for the doctor's white coat, tugging it open.
