The girls rolled their eyes the second she turned. Even her perfume felt condescending. London rattled off threats about napkins like they meant gold. Mackenzie bit her lip to keep from laughing; Alina couldn’t. The door slammed. Silence. Then laughter tore loose, loud and sweet.
“A bitch,” Alina sighed, tossing her spray bottle onto the silk duvet. Kenzie sprawled across it like she owned the room. “Sticky fingers?” she mocked, doing a terrible imitation. Mackenzie crossed her arms. “A woman that miserable hasn’t had a tongue between her legs in years.” That line lit a spark.
“Could be fun,” Kenzie said, sliding her palm up Alina’s denim thigh. “Leave our own fingerprints.” Alina’s breath caught. The line between no and yes dissolved quickly once Mackenzie’s mouth closed over hers, warm and teasing. Clothes hit the floor in sloppy, careless heaps. Three slick bodies tumbled across the bed, tongues licking, fingers pushing deep, breath mixing hot and frantic.
They came quiet, fast, greedy, trying not to soak the expensive sheets too badly, but the moisture was already there when London’s heels clicked on the hardwood. They scrambled, half-dressed, scrubbing invisible dust while London’s perfume curled in again—sharp, expensive, and too late.
