Chanell Heart storms into the reception area, irritation written across her face. Veronica Rodriguez greets her with cool professionalism, asking how she can help. Chanell's eyes narrow. "Where's Edna?" Veronica replies that Edna retired and she's filling in. Chanell stiffens, already bristling. She's there to see her husband, Veronica's boss.
