Jana Miartusova came into the world in Prague in 1983. At twenty she began posing. Early shoots paired her with eager men for both stills and film. Later she switched to women only, and the results sit in full, vivid color on her own site. Slender, dark-haired, striking rather than flashy, she found favor with photographers Viv Thomas and Petter Hegre, whose lenses carried her upward. Today her archive holds sixty thousand stills and more than two hundred films, each frame documenting how she learned to pleasure another woman with unhurried grace.
